Ingredients:

1 small banana
1 serving of Bootea Little Oats (40g)
A splash of your favourite plant milk
A sprinkle of cinnamon for some warmth


Instructions:


In a jar, combine Bootea Little Oats with plant milk/water. You can make it slightly runnier than you would like as the oats and chia are going to soak up the liquid overnight.

Stir in chia seeds and slices of banana.

Add a sprinkle of cinnamon and mix well.

Seal the jar and let it sit in the fridge overnight.
